Dr. Kapperman has travelled to Catacamas, Honduras for the last 18 years through Predisan Health Ministries, an organizanization with a mission of “Proclaiming Jesus, Healing Lives”. Dr. Kapperman currently serves on the Predisan Board of Directors. Dr. McGarvey, Dr. Kortum, and many staff members have accompanied the eye brigade on mission trips. The eyecare teams provide prescription eyewear and support for numerous eye health concerns to the people of the rural mountain regions of eastern Honduras.
